Staser Consulting Group is well positioned to provide each client all the attention and resources required to complete projects to scope, within budget and on schedule. We possess broad and demonstrated expertise and experience in the field of information lifecycle management, compliance, facilities asset management and project management. This breadth allows us to tailor our project teams in order to provide our clients with customized solutions to their Information Quality and/or Business Intelligence challenges each step of the way.

Our proprietary approach keeps the client in the drivers’ seat, from “top-down” analysis to “bottom-up” implementation. We train our personnel to augment the client’s own team at whatever stage of sophistication we encounter. SCG team members know that their primary job is to recommend how best to strengthen overall performance. They also know this requires an open mind, attention to detail, and a focus on how best to ensure management has the right information, at the right time, and can easily interpret how to act on that information.
